About Ken Gryske
Ken brings 20 years of leadership, professional services and technology sales, as well as, national business development sales management experience. Ken’s professional mission is focused on helping business leaders attain breakout revenue results by getting the most out of themselves and their organizations. He is the author of The Hover Trap: Transforming BUSY into EFFECTIVE and a contributing author with Deepak Chopra and Ken Blanchard on The Roadmap to Success.
Prior to joining The Active Advisor, Ken was the Southwest Business Development Manager for CH2M Hill, a premiere architectural & engineering professional services firm. Prior to CH2M Hill, he managed OEM accounts on a national basis for Invensys and was also the Director of Sales with National and International responsibility at IDTech.
Before entering the private sector, Ken received a Regular Army Commission. As an Army Aviator, he commanded a rapid deployable air assault unit. Drawing from his military and business experience, Ken delivers high-impact and entertaining training regarding Employee Engagement, Strategy Management, Leadership and Business Development.
Ken earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from Whitworth University.

Ken is a Board Certified Executive Coach accredited by the Center of Credentialing and Education and a member of the International Coaching Federation. He is the founder of the Executive ToolKIT© workshop series, providing marketing strategy training to C-Suite executives. Ken has been recognized for his leadership by, and is a lifetime member of, the George C. Marshall Foundation which facilitates the bridge between military and societal leadership. He actively serves as an ambassador at large for the Graziadio School of Business and Management Alumni Network at Pepperdine University.
